The Alsatian companies CEFA and Soframe, both specialized in the defense sector, have won contracts in the fields of logistics and river crossing.
The information, revealed last November, has been officially confirmed by the French Directorate General of Armaments (DGA). The DGA has awarded a €2 billion contract to the consortium composed of the French company Arquus (a subsidiary of the Belgian group John Cockerill) and the German Daimler Truck. This contract covers the delivery of 7,000 trucks.
