Soframe, a subsidiary of the Alsatian LOHR Group, selected by the French Army for heavy recovery vehicles

Following a tender launched in spring 2025 by the French Defense Procurement Agency (DGA), the Alsatian company Soframe has been selected to supply the French Army with Heavy Recovery Vehicles (HRVs). The framework contract has been awarded to Soframe and provides for an initial delivery of 20 units in 2027, including five before the end of the first semester.

“These Heavy Recovery Vehicles are eagerly awaited by the French Army and will contribute to achieving the Combat Division’s equipment objectives in 2027,” the company states.
